Our wonderful city is home to ageing housing stock, but hey, that means we have history and every old girl can still have her day. From the bungaroosh areas, to the yellow brick, the Edwardian red and Georgian facades, we have worked on it.

Rendering, brick laying, brick fronting, new walls, repairing walls, replacement lintels – all can be done by BN3 Properties.

External decoration & repairs

This is one of our favoured areas of work – if it is sunny.  It can be quite a view from the top of the scaffolding !  We do more than just painting though.

Repair or replace guttering, soffit, fascia, downpipes and soil pipes.

Most external decoration is usually carried out on a rotation basis, 3, 5, 8 years depending upon location and budget. We have painted 1 small house and 7 storey blocks of flats.

Roofs
We have the in-house skills and also work with a professional roofing company. Felt, lead work, slates, or tiles, all roofs are covered (so to speak).
