BN3 Properties have done many refurbishments and even more one or two room jobs. Here are a few which we remembered to photograph throughout.
To us a full renovation/refurb is when everything is changed. This can mean entirely new walls, or just painted. Woodchip is our nemesis as it takes a long time to remove and hides many secrets.
A new bathroom and kitchen is almost always in the remit, gardens and external work often comes as a second phase.
